This post will provide a summary and status update of the Gym Extension project that is under construction.
FRIDAY – SEP 30TH, 2022 UPDATE
Phase-1
- Work is progressing, Concrete Slab was completed on 15th August. Water & Sewerage pipes were laid prior to concrete pour under the slab.
- Structural Steel fabrication has been completed and plans to be delivered at site in the week of 26 September.
- Progress delayed after concrete slab pour due to finalization of details of interconnect with existing structure.
Phase-2
- Phase-2 entails installation of interior and exterior walls, electrical and HVAC installation. Construction Contract was approved.
- This contractor will start work as soon as Phase-I is completed.
- The plumbing contract to complete the water and sewerage piping inside the building is already awarded.
