Ready for Champions Summer Signature Program?
We are pleased to announce that Masjid Al-Salam has opened the registration for the 2019 Summer Camp. This camp will focus on building positive leadership among our children and youth and creating a sense of community among the younger generation. Children will have:
- A creative learning environment with fun activities
- Field trips
- Brief review of basic math and reading skills/concepts for each grade level
- Daily review of Islamic studies and concepts
CAMP DETAILS:
- Dates: June 10th – July 3rd
- Time: 10 am – 2 pm
- Days: Monday – Thursday

SUMMER PAID OPPORTUNITIES:
The following positions are available during the Masjid AlSalam (Champions) Summer Camp. If interested, please e-mail your resume to Sister Tahmeela Khan at [email protected]. Please mention the desired position in the Subject line of the email. Interviews for these positions will be held on Sunday April 28th & May 5th, from 10 am – 2 pm. Please email you resume prior to the interview dates.
- LEAD TEACHER:
Applicant must have previous experience in teaching, basic classroom management skills and problem solving.
- ASSISTANT TEACHER:
Applicant must be a High School student (10th -12th grade). Must be an efficient worker and team player.
- ASSISTANT OFFICE ADMIN:
Applicant must be a High School student (11th -12th grade). Must be efficient with computer programs like Excel, Power Point, Word, Google, etc.
- PE COACH:
Applicant must be a current High School student athlete. (11th – 12th grade)
