Alhumdulillah, let us take advantage of the upcoming break, Friday, March 6th – Sunday, March 15th, 2020, with a beautiful and spiritual umrah retreat with the family and friends!

PAPERWORK SET 2 [DEADLINE: JANUARY 25th] For US Citizens
  1. Travel Documents: Please submit just the (photo) copy of your picture page of your passport.
  2. Passport Photos: We need one (1) passport photograph with white background. It has to be face-view and not the side view. This can be done at your closest FedEx Office, AAA Office, CVS or Walgreen's.


For Non-US Citizens
  1. Travel Documents: Please submit your passports. If you are not a US Citizen, please submit other accompanying documents per instructions from AMAX Travels (ex. Permanent Resident Card).
  2. Passport Photos: We need two (2) passport photograph with white background. It has to be face-view and not the side view. This can be done at your closest FedEx Office, AAA Office, CVS or Walgreens.
  3. Meningitis Vaccine Certificate: All pilgrims must have been vaccinated for Meningitis prior to Umrah. If you have received one recently (after March 2017), please just submit the certificate. This may be done at your doctors or the closet CVS as well.
  4. Infants Only: Immunization Record & Birth Certificate for the Infants.

  • Depart Houston on Flight EK212 at 7:10PM on Friday 3/6.
  • Arrive Madinah on Flight EK807 3:10AM on Sunday 3/8.
Departure from the Jeddah to Houston by Emirates Airlines via Dubai, UAE:
  • Depart Jeddah on Flight EK802 4:10AM on Sunday 3/15.
  • Arriving Houston on Flight EK211 5:40PM on Sunday 3/15.

Irregularity which may occasionally occur either by reason of defect through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or dangerous incidents in the air, sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, war whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots,theft , epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond Amax Travel ‘s control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents. Amax Travel will accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses to delays or changes in schedule or other causes. Amax Travel shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising in connection with such services. Amax Travel will not be responsible for failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in and check – out times and baggage handling. In the event of delay, it is the responsibility of the airlines to determine exactly what procedure will be followed. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on its procedures. Amax Travel and its affiliates will not be responsible for any person(s) missing any part of the program due to his/her negligence or delay or absenteeism for any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour.
